show ip prefix-list [detail | summary] <listname>

Use the show ip prefix-list command to display BGP prefix list information.

Syntax Description

detail Shows a listing of the prefix list rules and their hit counts.

summary Shows information about the entire prefix list.

<listname> Specifies to display information for a particular prefix list.

Default Values

No default values are necessary for this command.

Command Modes

# Enable Mode

Functional Notes

If the show ip prefix-list command is issued with no arguments, a listing of the prefix-list rules but no hit

count statistics is displayed.

Usage Examples

The following example displays information about the prefix list test.

#show ip prefix-list test

ip prefix-list test: 4 entries

seq 5 permit 0.0.0.0/0 ge 8 le 8

seq 10 deny 0.0.0.0/0 ge 9 le 9

seq 15 permit 0.0.0.0/0 ge 10 le 10
