Using SSL-Encrypted Communication

If the SVP is set to s upport SSL-encrypted communication, the Security Alert d ialog box (see

Figure 16 on page 37) is displayed when you log in to Remote Web Console. Click OK on the Security

Alert d ialog box. Furthermore, the Security Alert dialog box for the certiﬁcate (see Figure 17 on page 38)

may also be displayed. If the Security Alert dialog box for the certiﬁca te is displayed, click View

Certiﬁcate to conﬁrm that the certiﬁ cate is correct, and click Yes.
