THAT IMPACT THE OXPD SOLUTIONS

OXPd-capable devices use the Jetdirect web proxy configuration settings to make calls to external

web servers. This section explains how to configure and monitor these settings. In addition to the

Jetdirect web proxy, the HP Embedded Web Server (EWS) timeout settings can also impact the OXPD

solution. These timeout settings are explained as well.

Configure the Jetdirect web proxy settings

Settings for configuring the Jetdirect web proxy are available in the Web Services category on the

Config tab for all the devices with a Jetdirect implementation that supports this feature. In HP Web

Jetadmin 10.3 SR8 and later, these settings are available in the Web Services category. In older

versions, these settings are available in the Network category.
