3PAR Recovery Manager 4.1.0 For Microsoft Exchange 2010 User’s Guide

5166 RME5166: ERROR: Could not

retrieve Exchange server

information from the Active

Directory.

The Exchange server

information could not be

retrieved from the Active

Directory.

■ Check the Active Directory

connection. Try opening the

Exchange administrative UI

or Exchange Console to

determine if the connection

is active.

5169 RME5169: ERROR: A VSS

unexpected error has

occurred. It is recommended

to wait ten minutes and try

again, up to three times.

An unexpected VSS error has

occurred.

■ Try waiting ten minutes and

try again, up to three times.

■ Check the application and

system event logs for VSS

errors.

5171 RME5171: ERROR: The

Exchange recovery process

failed, you will need to do a

manual repair of the

Exchange databases.

The Exchange database

verification has failed.

■ Make sure both systems have

the same level of Exchange

server package installed.

■ Manually repair the

Exchange database if

necessary.
