Filtering sections
Some sections of the Management Console normally hold many rows of data. Key and Local Users
sections may span multiple pages. Use the search fields on these screens or sections to filter the values
that are displayed. The Management Console stores the filter selection upon exiting the screen and
reapplies the fi lter when you return.

The following table describes the section search fields.

Component Description
Filtered by
Select the value by which to query the data. The available values differ by section.
where value
Select the terminology of the where clause. Possible values are equals, contains,
starts with,andends with. Enter the value to search for in the adjacent field.
Set Filter
Click Set Filter to apply to the filter to the section.
Remove Filter
Click Remove Filter to remove the fi lter.
Setting the number of items per page
Where available specify the number of items to view in a section.

Select the number of rows displayed on each page.
Submit
Click Submi
t to run the search query or apply the value in the Items per page fi eld.
Go
Enter a page number and click Go to access that page.
Previous
Click Previous to view the previous set of rows for the section.
Next
Click Next to view the next set of rows for the section.
Accessing the Help system
The Manage
ment Console provides you with two ways to access product documentation: context-sensitive
help, and
help.Bothmethodsaccessthesamefi les housed on the HP SKM.
Context-sensitive help is available for each section by clicking the help icon on the top right side of the
section header.
