Remote Access Methods and

Monitoring

The HP StorageWorks NAS 1000s comes from the factory with full remote manageability.

Several methods of remote access are provided:

■ Web based user interface

■ Terminal services

■ Telnet Server

— Enabling Telnet Server

— Configuring Telnet Server

■ Remote Shell Daemon

These options let administrators use interfaces with which they are already familiar.
