3.5. Disassembly

Possible contaminated parts.

Contaminated parts can cause personal injuries.

➡ Inform yourself regarding possible contamination before beginning work.

➡ When working with contaminated parts be sure to follow the relevant instructions and

take the necessary protection measures.

Dirt and damage have an adverse effect on the function of these vacuum

components.

➡ Please take account of the instructions with regard to cleanliness and damage prevention

when using vacuum components.

➡ Shut down the gauge head.

➡ Disconnect the connecting cable.

➡ Detach the gauge heads from the vacuum apparatus.

➡ Place the protective cover in position.
